overall it was well laid out and generous-sized with a garden view. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators worked well.

I've had an awesome stay for two nights here. Also, location was great, at walking distance from Agnes Water Beach. It was located in a lovely area just next door to 1770 & town centre, excellent restaurant, and the shops and cafés.

The outdoor furniture on the patio was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool right outside our room was gorgeous and clean. The location was great, with an easy walk to the beach. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location by reception allowed for a longer walk to the beach, but made up for it by being close to everything you could ever want. The service from the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities in the room, including the double shower stall and fabulous furnishings, were top-notch. The added convenience of a laundry and an extra toilet downstairs was a bonus. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.
All was well; no improvements necessary.
